KEWANEE INVITE The Rebels made their second trip this week to Baker Park in Kewanee Saturday (Sept. 22) to participate in the Kewanee Invite. The Rebels Girls finished 2nd out of 10 full teams. Olivia Frail was the Girls over-all champion covering the 3 mile course in 19:40 (good for 12th all-time in 14 years of the Kewanee Invite). Rounding out the top 5 Rebels scores were Ashley Orrick (21:23), Josie Price (21:26), Lena Becker (22:10) and Trinity Shimmin (23:18). Finishing 6th and 7th for the Girls were Alyssa Dyken (24:19) and Sarah Fairfield (24:20). Lena and Sarah both set new PB (Personal Best) today. The Boys team finished 8th out of 11 teams. The Boys top 5 scorers were Riley Down (18:35), Dawson Dyken (18:38), Alex Welch (19:02), Payton Stahl (20:24) and Caden Daum (21:39). Also running for the Boys were Colby Carroll (22:04), Jack Winans (22:39), Brett Browning (25:47) and Christopher Roark (26:03). Colby ran a new PB and Caden tied his PB in the race today.
